Everyone out here is twittering about the 5.8 earthquake that struck this morning. But even more shocking is the news that Keira Knightley has spoken out about the fact that she doesn’t want her cleavage digitally enhanced for the poster of her new movie “The Duchess”. All of 23 years, Keira Knightley has somehow managed to escape the fate of early every other actress her age. No, there aren’t any open legged shots of Keira getting out of a limo. Hopefully this sends a message loud and clear to other young actresses: Less is more.

According to sources, 43-year old Sarah Jessica Parker has had the infamous mole on her chin removed. Don’t take this the wrong way, but I hope that mole was cancerous or something, because otherwise, I see no good reason to have it removed. I liked that Sarah Jessica refused to take the knife to her chin. Sure, sometimes it was distracting and I found myself focusing a little too hard on it while she was talking… And sometimes when she laughed a certain way or when her make-up was particularly harsh, she could look a little, well, witch-y…. But it was distinct. It was special. Okay, well maybe not special. But it was distinct. Carrie would have embraced the mole, not cut it off.

Unless you live under a rock, you should know by now that Transformers starlet Megan Fox was asked by director Michael Bay to gain weight. Believe me, all of the actresses in Hollywood are cursing her name. Who does she think she is being so skinny (not to mention FHM’s sexiest women of the year) and nobody has questioned her once about an eating disorder. (Sorry, Kate Bosworth.) When questioned about how she was going to gain this weight, Megan said she has been eating red velvet cake every night before bed. Really. No, really. That’s her plan? It’s questionable to many women how this even deserves a plan. Most of us gain weight successfully just eating salads and downing liters of Diet Coke and going to the gym every single stinking day. I’m saddened that Megan will have to force feed moist cake into her mouth every night before bed. So little time. So many causes.
